Before Hiring an Employee

• Question him related to the same work and make sure that he is giving the correct response.

• Take details of the work done in his previous company.

• How much salary he gets in that company and how many hours he has to work.

• Why does he want to leave that company and come to our company?

• What else could work based on experience.

• Whether there is any previous criminal record?

• Whenever an employee receives offers from another company, they leave the current company, so it  is always advisable to hire only the needy.

• After finalizing the candidate for the job, give him a job offer letter, which contains full details of his work and his salary.

• It is the responsibility of the company to fulfill their essential requirements. 

• Using these few points and your discretion, you can recruit good employees in your company.

• This decision is very important for you because by choosing the right employee, you are able to complete 60 percent work of your company.

• Now you have to train your chosen employee to do the work as you need.

• In training, it is necessary to tell them the important things so that they can do the work properly and there is no harm to you. You have to prepare a work book in which you will write the report of each worker, what work he did in how long and how much production was done, the manager will record all these.

It will be your responsibility to take complete information from the manager from time to time.
